Use the form below to electronically request a tee off time at Metropolitan Golf Club

This form will be emailed to the Club's Booking Office and to your email address.

The submission of this request form to the Metropolitan does not constitute or guarantee a confirmed tee-off time; the request is still subject to confirmation by the Club. This request submission merely seeks to enhance communications between you and the Club.

If you have not heard from the Club in 24 hours (there may be technical problems with servers, etc) it is advisable that you contact the Club directly to confirm that the Club received the original request.
